Determination of Cd in Human Hair by Spark Source Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 本文对头发中微量元素分析的若干问题进行了探讨,提出一种定标测定法对头发样品中的Gd进行定量分析。借助离子感光板的乳剂特性曲线和单曝光法,经过谱线面积因子和本底校正,考虑基体中Cd背景值的贡献,获得Cd浓度定标曲线。检测精度为14~21%。与普通定量分析结果比较,相对误差为11~18%。

     

    Abstract: The author proposed a method of calibration to determine accurately theCd concentration in human hair by SSMS. By using the emulsion responsecurve and single exposure, the Cd concentration calibration curve was obtain-ed, where corrections were made by taking into account the area cofactorsand background contribution. Finally, we also checked the reproducibility andthe reliability, and showed that the relative deviation of the measured datawas 14--21%,the measured results of the calibration and the common quanti-tative method agreed well with relative error only 11-18%.
