哌嗪乙氧基雌酮的电子电离质谱和快原子轰击电离(-)质谱测定及裂解途径

Determination of Piperazinylethylestrone by Electron Ionization Mass Spectrometry and Fast-atom Bombardment Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 哌嗪乙氧基雌酮是一种可望用于防治骨质疏松症的全新合成的雌激素类化合物,本文采用EI-MS、FAB (-) -MS 、ESI-MS三种质谱技术分别对其结构和裂解途径进行了研究。采用FAB(-) -MS,获得m/z 404M+Na-H-、382M-、381M-H-质谱峰;采用EI-MS, 获得m/z 382 M+•;采用ESI-MS, 获得m/z 383M+H+。分子离子m/z 382 M+•和主要特征子离子与其结构特征相符,并解释了其中的主要特征子离子,对其结构和裂解途径进行了确证。

     

    Abstract: Piperazinylethylestrone is a new synthetic compound that can be used for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and other diseases caused by osteoporosis. Electron ionization mass spectrometry (EI-MS) and fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FAB (-)-MS) were used for the elucidations of its structure and fragmentation pathway. The ion peaks m/z 404M+Na-H-, 382M-, 381M-H- were detected by FAB(-)-MS; m/z 382 M+• was detected by EI-MS; m/z 383M+H+ was detected by ESI-MS and the molecular formula of piperazinylethylestrone could be assigned as C24H34N2O2. Furthermore, the fragmentation pathway of piperazinylethylestrone was also explained.
