煤灰降尘的火花源质谱定量分析

Quantitative Analysis of Dust-Fall of Coal Ash by Spark Source Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 本文报道了两种不用标准样品定量分析煤灰降尘的火花源质谱法(SSMS)—火花源质谱增值法和固体同位素稀释法。用增值法分析了Cd、Zn、Cu、Cr、Ni和Pb六种元素,用稀释法分析了Zn、Cu、Ni、Pb四种元素,结果基本一致。分析的变动系数,前者小于30%,后者小于10%。检出下限均在1ppm以下。本文还讨论了迭加干扰的校正。

     

    Abstract: The determination of Cd, Cr, Cu, Zn, Ni and Pb in the dust-fall ofcoal ash by spark source mass spectrometry (SSMS) without standard samplehas been reported in the present paper. In our work, two methods--theContent Increment SSMS by which six elements Cd, Zn, Cu, Ni, Cr and Pbwere determined, and the Solid Isotope Dilution SSMS by which fourelements Zn, Cu, Ni and Pb were determined, have been used. Generally,the results of the two methods are showing no differences. The variationcoefficents are within 30% for the former and 10% for the latter. The bothdetection limits are below 1 ppm. Here the problem concerning correction ofoverlapped disturbance has also been discussed.
