Analysis of β-blockers in Urine Using GC/MS

摘要: 本文使用酶解-液液提取-TMS衍生化的方法,成功地完成了β-阻断剂的检测工作,比较了酶解与酸解以及TMS衍生化和TFA衍生化的差别,给出了最小检出量的数据。

Abstract: β-blockers in urine are detected by GC/MS. The procedure contains enzymatic hydrolysis, liquid-liquid extraction and TMS derivatization. Comparison of hydrolysis and derivatization methods has been discussed.
