Determination of 2,3,7,8—TCDD in Environmental sample by GC/MS

摘要: 用毛细管色谱—质谱法(GC/MS)测定了我国环境样品中的2,3,7,8—四氯二苯并二噁(2,3,7,8—TCDD),含量约20ppt,并获得了有关2,3,7,8—TCDD的分析数据。毛细柱为SP—2300,定性与定量工作是用多离子检测(MID)完成的。

Abstract: A method is described for the determination of 2,3,7,8—tetrachlorodibenzo-lr-dioxin (2,3,7,8—TCDD) in environmental sample. The qualitation and quantitation were validated by capillary GC/MS system, the capillary column is SP—2300, and MID methed was used. The 2,3,7,8—TCDD level was about 20ppt.
