Abstract: This article takes an qualitative analysis on over ten kinds of endrogenous steroids with GC/MS. Through substituting the cappillary column and changing the separated conditions, three couples of compounds, which are difficult to be separated, resulted in baseline separation. Under the same condition, analysis is taken on the urine sample with GC/MS. Separation is also achieved.
