Abstract: The new analysis technology of MID/GC/MS and heavy hydrocarbon cocentrationof natural gas were found. The biomarker of steran,terpane,aromatic and adamantanewere detected by thls method from any kind of natural gas, and the gas-biomarkerapplication was approached.The result of the research shows that it is one of theimportant research methods for exploration of natural gas. It is worthy of popularizationand application.
