Determination of Trace Kypton and Xenon by FM-ICP-MS

Abstract: The fesibility of determination of trace Krypton and Xenon by FM-ICP-MS was studied. The gas sample can be analysed by ICP-MS straightly via a gas enter device. At the same time the background of Kr and Xe in the air and high pure Argon was measureed.
