人型结核杆菌H_(37)Rv株全细胞Pyro-GC/MS分析

Analysis of Cell Pyrolysis Products of M. tuberculosis H_(37)Rv with Pyrolysis GC/MS

  • 摘要: 本文应用裂解气相色谱-质谱(Pyro-GC/MS)法解析了人型结核杆菌H37Rv标准株的全细胞裂解产物,毛细管柱分离出40余个组分。人型结核杆菌菌体裂解主要产物为呈节律性出现的烯烃,系为该属菌丰富类脂中脂肪酸碎片形成,从正已烯到二十烯。组分含量最多的是十碳烯烃,同时还检出了一些含氮化合物吡咯、呋喃、吲哚、鸟甙等。本研究为裂解色谱法鉴定分支杆菌的工作提供了定性的参照。

     

    Abstract: Pyrolysis capillary columnn gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has been applied to analysis the pyrolysis products of M. tuberculosis H37Rv(TMC 102). With the chromatogram of total ion current we can observe that alkene is the major pyrolysis product of H37Rv and appears rhythmically from hexane to eicosane as a result of the fragments of fatty acids abundantly existed in this genus. Peak of decene is the highest in the chromatogram. Another compounds are detected such as pyrrole, furanmethanol,indole and guanosine. The paper offers a quality reference to the identification of Mycobacteria.
