Study on Bromantane Metabolites by GC/MS

摘要: 采用GC／MS分析技术对一种新的免疫刺激剂Bromantane检出3种单羟基代谢物，并用SIM方式测定了代谢物在人尿中的排泄趋势。

Abstract: The metabolism of bromantane [N-(adarnant-2-yl) -4-bromoanilin.] and excretion dynamics of the metabolites have been investigated. Three kinds of monohydroxylated metabolites in urine after administration of single dose of the drug were found. It is established that during metabolism the hydroxylation takes place, the hydroxy group is added to the adamantan ring.
