Abstract: The method and principle of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the environmental samples were deeply discussed. It was emphasised to pay attention to actual problem in progress of the qualitative and quantitative analysis. EI、CI、characteristic ions of U. S. EPA priority pollutants were given for analysts.
