工业异壬醇中主成分的质谱定性鉴定及色谱定量测定

GC/Ms Qualitaive Analysis and GC Quantitative Analysis of the Industrial Iso Nonyl Alcohol

  • 摘要: 异壬醇是一种石油化工产品,成分相当复杂,含有从低碳到高碳的不同碳数的异构体醇类,直接影响到以它为原料生产的邻苯二甲酸二壬酯产品的质量。该方法经大量试验,找出了利用毛细管色质联机对工业异壬醇进行定性鉴定,再用色谱对工业异壬醇进行定量测定的合适条件,建立了工业异壬醇纯度分析的可靠方法。经验证,该方法准确快速,重现性好,精确度高,从而为进口工业异壬醇成分含量等质量评定提供了可靠的检验方法。该项技术国内系首次建立。目前国外尚未见公开报道。

     

    Abstract: Iso Nonyl Alcohol is a petrochemical. It contains complex chemicals which is isomers of alcohols from low carbon numbers to high carbon numbers. These chemicals affect the quality of Dinonyl O-Phthalate which is made from Iso Nonyl Alcohol and OPhthalic acid. After a lot of test, We found out the complete analytical condition that GC/MS analyse qualitatively and the GC analyse quantitatively the Industrial Iso Nonyl Alcohol using capillary colume. A Purity analysis method of Industrial Iso Nonyl Alcohol was established. After confirmation, the method is accuracy, rapidity, good repeatability and reproducibility. The method is first establishment in China.
