摘要: 本文详细分析了影响仪器分辨本领和灵敏度的因素,计算了各种因素的影响,并在此基础上选定了仪器的主要参量。研制结果表明上述分析是正确的。本仪器飞行距离D=100厘米,采用微通道板作为离子探测器,分辨本领最佳为500。

Abstract: The influence factors on resolute power and sensitivity of TOFMS are discus-sed,and the influence is calculated. On this basis the main parameters are determin-ed. The optimum resolute power is better than 500 when D=100cm and using thchannel plate ion detector.
