摘要: 本文介绍了在ZhH-1301型质谱计上进行静态分析而采取的改进措施,给出了10~(-6)cc。氩样的静态分析结果,可作十万年地质年龄样品的分析。

Abstract: This paper describes an improvement on the ZhT-1301 Mass Spectrometer bywhich the static analysis for Ar sample can be realized.The static analysis resultof 10~(-6)c. c. Ar sample is given. It can analyze the sample of the geological agesfor one hundrend thousand years.
