摘要: 本文报导普通饱和侧链及侧链含有环丙烷结构单元的△~5-甾醇乙酸酯的质谱特征。普通饱和侧链的△~5-甾醇乙酸酯的质谱出现表明侧链末端烷基结构的碎片峰（M+—HOAc—末端烷基）和表明侧链结构的碎片峰（M+—168）以及表明甾核结构的特征峰m／z255和213。侧链含有环丙烷结构单元的△~5-甾醇乙酸酯的质谱出现表明侧链末端烷基结构的碎片峰（M+—HOAc—末端烷基）和表明侧链合有环丙烷结构单元的碎片峰（M+—HOAc和环丙烷环的开裂）以及表明甾核结构的特征峰m／z255和213。

Abstract: In this paper, the mass spectrometric fragmentation typicalities of 5-en-steryl ac-etates with common saturated side chain and with cycloropane-containing side chain are reported. The diagnostic peaks at m/z (M+ -HOAc and terminal alkyl group) ; (M+ -168,fission of ring B) ; 255 and 213 display the structure of terminal alkyl group; of side chain ;of steryl mucleus,respectively. They are typical of 5-en-steryl acetates with com-mon saturated side chain. The characteristic peaks at m/z (M+ -HOAc and terminal alkyl group) ; (M+ - HOAc and fission of cyclopropane ring) ; 255 and 213 show the structure of terminal alkyl group ;of side chain containing a cyclopropane ring ;of steryl nucleus,respectively. They are typical of 5-en-steryl acetates with cyclopropane-contain-ing side chain.
