新疆没药挥发油的气相色谱-质谱分析

Analysis of Volatile Constituents from Commiphora myrrha Engl. of Xinjiang by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取维吾尔医用药材没药挥发油成分,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构分析,共鉴定了42个成分,占挥发性物质含量的87.46 %。应用峰面积归一法确定各成分的相对含量。萜烯类及其衍生物占较大比例,主要有:α -香柠檬烯(12.52 %)、β-蛇床烯(8.75%)、β-红没药烯(10.03%)、2-羟基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮(6.25%)等。

     

    Abstract: The essential oil in the Commiphora myrrha Engl. was extracted by steam distillation method, and the chemical constituents of the volatile from the herb were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Forty-two compounds were identified, which accounted for over 87.46 % of the volatile oil. The major components were α-bergamotene(12.52 %), β-selinene (8.75%), β-bisabolene (10.03%), 2-hydroxy-2,4,6-cycloheptatrien-1-one(6.25%), and so on.
