Recent Development on GC/MS Analysis of Corticosteroids

摘要: 可的松类药物在进行GC／MS分析时必须进行化学行生化，本文综述了进行结构改造的各种化学方法，如肟化一硅烷化、烯醇－硅烷化等。

Abstract: Corticosteroids must be derivatised prior to GC/MS analysis. Varieties of derivatization methods are discussed in this paper. It involves methoxyamine-trimethylsilylization(MO-TMS),enol-TMS,encirclization and chemical oxidation.
