Abstract: This article describes a method for testing trace diethylstilbestrolum in bio-sample egg with GC/MS involing pre-deal and step of analysis. Two of the sample eggs have been tested. It is found that the dithylstilbestrolum mainly distributes in yolk not in egg white. The testing limit of this method is 0. 05 ppm.
