一种新型微区高灵敏分析装置——溅射原子化激光共振电离飞行时间质谱计

A New Spectrometer——Sputter Initiated Resonance Ionization Time—of—Flight Mass Spectrometer (SIRI—TOFMS)

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了我们自行设计研制的一种新型微区微量成份分析装置——溅射原子化激光共振电离飞行时间质谱计(SIRI—TOFMS)。这一新型仪器的特点是:高灵敏,高选择性,适用范围广以及基体效应小等,可以实现复杂样品微区微量成份的定量分析。用本仪器对AuCu合金中的Au进行了分析测试,获得Au的极限灵敏度为5×10~(-8),质量分辩本领为400。

     

    Abstract: A new system, sputter initiated resonance ionization time—of—flight mass spectrometer (SIRI—TOFMS), which can provide an ultrasensitive analysis of solid samples for all elements except helium and neon, has been built in our laboratory. This apparatus is described here in detail. It has a wide range of application for many fields in science and engineering. We have determined the concentration of Au in AuCu alloy with the SIRI—TOFMS. The sensitivity limit about 5×10~(-8) and the mass resolution about 400 have been gained.
