摘要: 本文用气相色谱/质谱法(GC/MS)证明了尼克刹米在人尿中的主要代谢产物为烟酰胺。方法简便,用样量少。Abstract: Nicotinamide as the major metabolite of nikethamide in urine is identified by gas chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). This method is simple and few biological specimen are needed.
