ICP-MS法测定罐装鱼中5种元素含量的国际比对及其结果分析

Determination of 5 kinds of Inorganic Elements in Canned Fish by ICP-MS in International Proficiency Test and the Analysis of Result

  • 摘要: 在英国食品分析水平评估计划(FAPAS) 组织的罐装鱼残留无机元素的能力测试项目中,采用微波消解前处理方法,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定,标准加入法定量分析罐装鱼中砷、镉、汞、铜、铅的含量,方法可靠,结果令人满意。通过对FAPAS能力验证结果统计报告的研究,从测定结果、样品前处理、检测方法等方面对统计结果进行了综合分析。

     

    Abstract: Totally of 5 elements in canned fish of arsenic, mercury, cadmium, copper and lead were analyzed in FAPAS intermational proficiency test. The method was based on microwave sample digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Standard addition method was applied for calibration. The method is reliable, and the result matches the assigned value well. A comparative study on respects of results, sample preparation, method of determination is given according to FAPAS proficiency test statistic report.
