镁和钆混合同位素质谱分析

Mass Spectrometic Analysis of Isotopes for the Mixture of Magnesium and Gadolinium

  • 摘要: 本工作曾将难电离的镁元素和稀土元素钆以一定的化学形态涂在同一条样品带上成为混合样品,同时对镁和钆两种元素同位素进行质谱分析。实验结果表明用1~2微克的混合样品进行质谱分析,可获得稳定离子流达1小时以上。用这种方法对镁和钆同位素分离产品进行了同位素丰度测定。

     

    Abstract: In this work the mixture of high-ionization potential element Mg andrare-earth element Gd is placed on the filament, then the isotopes of the ele-ments can be analysed at a time. Satisfactory and stable beam intensity canbe maintained for more than one hour from only 1 to 2μg of the samples. Thismethod has been used for the analysis of the samples produced by electromag-netic separator.
