  • 摘要: 本文报道为地震监测研制的新型专用He/Ar及N_2/Ar比值质谱计。其精度为0.5％,灵敏度(对He)2ppb。

     

    Abstract: A new special mass spectrometer for measuring He/Ar and N_2/Ar ratio of lithosphere gases has been made for monitoring earthquake. Its precision is ± 5%, the sensitivity is 2ppb.
