摘要: 锌同位素测量在地球化学、营养学研究中具有重要的意义,属于当前新兴的研究领域。为使读者宏观了解锌同位素测量及其应用现状,本工作详细介绍了锌的基本情况及其在自然界中的同位素组成特征,复杂集体样品的处理方法及分离、富集方法,质谱测量方法,仪器质量歧视校正方法,锌在自然界中由于生物过程、成盐成矿过程等造成的同位素分馏原因,以及在环境地球化学、营养学中的应用等。Abstract: Zn isotope ratio measurement is applied widely in geochemistry and nutriology,it is one of the original areas developed nowdays. This article introduces in details all basic information of Zn including matrix sample treatment, purification of Zn and mass spectrometry analysis methods, mass discrimination correction protocol, mass fractionation process in nature including biochemical process, mineralization process et al, and application in geochemistry and nutriology.
