气相色谱-离子阱质谱联用测定葱中有机氯农药的含量
Determination of Pesticides in Shallot by Gas Chromatography Ion Trap Mass Spectometry

摘要: 采用气相色谱离子阱质谱(GCMS/MS)联用法,建立葱中 α-BHC、β-BHC、γ-BHC、δ-BHC、p,p′-DDE、p,p′-DDD、o,p′-DDE、p,p′-DDT残留量的测定方法。样品使用乙腈提取,过Envi-18柱净化,经GC-MS/MS检测。结果表明,在0.05~5 mg/kg质量范围内,8种农药的回收率大于80%,相对标准偏差小于10%,完全符合农药残留检测分析的要求。Abstract: 8 pesticides residues in shallot were determined by GC-MS/MS. Pesticides were extracted with methyl cyanide from samples, and the extracts were cleaned by the Envi-18 column, then analyzed by GC-MS/MS. The linear ranges of 8 pesticides are 0.05—5 mg/kg, average recoveries are greater than 80%, and the relative standard deviations are less than 10%. The method is sensitively simple and exactly. It is suitable for the determination of pesticides.
