Abstract:
The chemical components of lipid-soluble substances from Fir were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with the single solvent (chloroform), the binary solvents (
V(chloroform)∶
V(methanol)=3∶1) and the ternary solvents (
V(chloroform)∶
V(methanol)∶
V(acetone)=4∶1∶1) respectively, separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS). The results show that the extraction rate, composition and their contents of lipid-solvent substances are notably varied by different solvents. The single solvent (chloroform) for extracting lipid-solvent substances is better than the other in raising yield and chemical composition, which is an ideal solvent for extracting of lipid soluble substances from Fir.
