ICP-MS法测定纺织品中9种可迁移重金属元素

Determination of 9 Migratory Heavy Metals in Textiles by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定纺织品中9种可迁移重金属元素Sb, As, Pb, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Ni, Hg的含量。方法检出限为0.01~0.49 μg/kg,精密度均优于6.1%,回收率为90.0%~109.6%,可以满足测定要求。测定了4大类纺织品(包括婴幼儿用品、直接接触皮肤用品、非直接接触皮肤用品和装饰材料)中的9种可迁移重金属元素,分析结果令人满意。

     

    Abstract: Nine migratory heavy metals in textiles, including Sb, As, Pb, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Ni, Hg were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The detection limits are in the range of 0.01—0.49 μg/kg, the RSDs are less than 6.1%, and the recoveries of 9 migratory heavy metals are in the range of 90.0%—109.6%, which meet the determination requirements. 9 migratory heavy metals in 4 product classes of textiles, including products for babies, products with direct contact to skin, products without direct contact to skin and decoration materials were determined by ICP-MS. The results are satisfactory.
