液相色谱-高分辨质谱在兽药残留分析中的应用进展

Advances on Application of Liquid Chromatography-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry in Veterinary Drug Residues Analysis

摘要: 液相色谱-高分辨质谱（LC-HRMS）技术在兽药残留分析领域的研究已经显示出巨大的发展潜力。本文阐述了LC-HRMS技术的特点，并总结了近几年来LC-HRMS在兽药多残留筛选分析中的应用实例，展望了LC-HRMS技术的发展前景。应用高分辨质谱的全扫描和精确质量测定功能，结合超高效液相色谱技术，优化样品前处理方法，可以实现100多种兽药残留的同时检测。与四极杆质谱相比，高分辨质谱的参数设定简单，并适用于非定向和未知化合物的筛选，需要增加目标化合物时，不必再次处理样品和进样，重新分析已有的全扫描数据即可。UHPLC-HRMS作为最有潜力的分析技术，仍有很大的发展空间，TOF的分辨率和Orbitrap的扫描速度有待提高，简便易用的数据处理软件也需要完善。

Abstract: Liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS) has shown great potential of application in the field of veterinary drug residues analysis. This review focuses on the technical characteristics of LC-HRMS， and especially addressed its applications and prospect in the multi-residue screening of veterinary drugs.
