红花中色素类化合物的电喷雾多级串联质谱研究

Study on Pigments in Plant Extracts from Carthamus tinctorius L.by ESI-MSn

  • 摘要: 利用电喷雾多级串联质谱技术研究了红花提取物中4种色素类成分,即红花红色素、羟基红花黄色素A、红花黄色素A和红花黄色素B。通过多级串联质谱技术,获得4种化合物的分子离子峰,并由此获得分子质量信息;根据一些特征中性碎片的丢失,提出了红花中4种色素类成分的质谱碎裂规律。根据得到的分子质量和碎片信息,并与文献中的已知化合物比较,建立了红花中色素类化合物的快速分析、质谱鉴定的方法。

     

    Abstract: The structures of four pigments in plant extract of Carthamus tinctorius L. were analyzed and identified by electro-spray ionization multistage mass spectrometry (ESI-MSn) in the negative mode. The identification of the pigments in plant extract of C. tinctorius was based on the comparison of molecular ions and the fragment ions obtained by ESI-MSn experiments with the data was reported in the literatures. The characteristic ESI-MSn fragmentation pattern of the four pigments was discussed, and found to be a specific and useful tool for the structural identification of pigments from this plant.
