Recent Progress of Nuclear Technological Application for Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS), Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry(TIMS) and Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry(SIMS)

  • 摘要: 结合实例,回顾并展望了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)、热电离质谱(TIMS)和二次离子质谱(SIMS)技术的应用进展,特别是在核工业领域中的进展。讨论了未来相关质谱技术的发展方向,并指出目前存在的主要问题,探讨了可能的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: Recent progress of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS), thermal ionization mass spectrometry(TIMS) and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) was reviewed,especially in nuclear fuel cycle. And the developing direction of the ICP-MS, TIMS and SIMS was discussed. The main problems with ICP-MS and the solutions available were outlined.
