Determination of 14 Trace Elements in Geological Samples Using Spark Source Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了以石墨为导电基体,以Lu为内标元素,采用火花源质谱法分析地质样品中的U、Th、Bi、Tl、Hf、W、Ba、Cs、Sb、Sn、Mo、Zr、Nb、Y等14种痕量元素的方法。通过分析玄武岩标样BCR-1和人工合成标样求出了上述元素的相对灵敏度因数。对干扰进行了校正。平均相对标准偏差为20%。

     

    Abstract: A method for determination of 14 trace elements in geological samples us-ing SSMS is described. Lu is used as the internal standard element and gra-phite is the conductive matrix. The relative sensitivity factors are measured byanalysing the standard basalt BCR-1 and synthetic samples. The superpositioninterferences on these elements are corrected according to the isotope ratios ofelements. The mean analytical precision is 20% (RSD). 24 geological standardsamples were analysed and the results are comparable to the certified or reco-mmended values.
