钢铁中一些元素相对灵敏度系数的测定及其应用

Determination and Application of Relative Sensitivity Factor of Several Elements in Iron and Steel

  • 摘要: 利用钢标样对Al,Si,V,Cr,Mn,Mo等元素相对于铁的灵敏度系数进行测定,并根据各元素的相对灵敏度系数对其中一块标样进行定量分析。实验表明,当用同一台仪器分析时,只要固定传输能量通带,在不严格控制其它实验条件下,即可得到较满意的结果。同时根据各元素对铁的相对灵敏度系数,可算出它们之间的相对灵敏度系数,由此可比较钢铁样品中这些元素的相对含量。

     

    Abstract: The sensitivity factors of Al, Si, Ti, Cr, Mn, Mo relative to Fe are determined using steel standard. One of the standards is measured according to the relative sensitivity factor of elements. It is shown that the satisfactory results are obtained using a same instrument when only the transmitted energy band is fixed and the other experimental conditions not have to eontroll accurately. From the sensitivity factor of elements relative to iron, we can calculate the sensitivity factor of one element relative to another one. Therefore ~ the relative concentration of these elements can be compared.
