食用植物油掺假的分析与研究

Analysis of Edible Oils Mixed with Mineral Oil

摘要: 针对目前某些食用植物油中掺入矿物油的情况，采用柱层析法对被检食用植物油进行分离, 对分离的油分别进行甲酯化处理,以气相色谱质谱法进行鉴定，再以红外光谱法对分离的油进一步确认。该方法适用于分析食用植物油中是否掺加了工业矿物油。

Abstract: The edible oil mixed with mineral oil was analyzed.The edible oil mixed with mineral oil was separated using column chromatography method. The fatty acids in the edible oil and the mineral oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method respectively. The edible oil and the mineral oil were identified using the infrared spectroscopy method. It is applied to identify the mineral oil in edible oils.
