摘要: 本文介绍了用同位素稀释质谱法（IDMS）测量大米粉标准物质中镉的含量的方法。其中包括大米粉样品消解、离子交换法分离锡、质谱测量及误差分析。测量了三种不同偏浓度的大米粉标准物质，获得满意的测量结果。

Abstract: In this paper,the method of determining Cd in rice SRM with isotope dilution mass spectrometry is described. Three different concentrations of Cd of rice SRM were measured,and satisfactory results were obtained.
