摘要: 利用同位素稀释和内标法相结合,建立了火花源质谱定量测定煤和灰中36种微量元素的分析方法。对通常使用的内标公式进行了扩展,使其更为普遍适用。本文给出了由西煤样中36种微量元素的分析数据,单次测量均方差为±8-28%。Abstract: With the isotope dilution and the internal standard method, a spark sourcemass spectrometric method for quantitative determination of 36 trace elementsin coal and ash has been developed. The conventional equation in the internalstandard method has been expanded for the convenience of calculation. Concen-tration values of 36 trace elements in Shanxi Coal have been given in the presentpaper. The relative standard deviations are ± 8--28%.
