摘要: 〕本文应用了气相色谱——高分辨质谱(GC- HRMS)联用及多离子检测技术(MID),建立了人尿中低浓度康力龙、克伦特罗、5β-4 羟基甲睾三种甾体激素类药物在低浓度时的检测方法,应用此方法成功地检测了奥林匹克运动委员会(TOC)考核尿样中低浓度(2ng/m l)的康力龙、克伦特罗、5β- 4羟基甲睾等兴奋剂Abstract: In this paper,GC-HRMS was used to detect doping in human urine.The signal can be obtained at pg sample level by using multiple ion detection.
