芳香烃结构因素对麦氏重排影响的初探

摘要: 符合麦氏重排裂解条件的有机化合物 ,其发生麦氏重排裂解的几率可以相差很多 ,甚至观察不到。本文认为产生这种差异的原因 ,是由于分子或碎片离子结构稳定性的不同所造成的。对麦氏重排和芳环 β开裂这一对竞争断裂过程 ,结构上的微小差异可以对它们产生很大的影响。当结构因素有利于稳定由芳环 β裂解产生的碎片离子时 ,有机化合物的断裂将以芳环 β裂解为主 ,此时由麦氏重排产生的碎片离子的丰度将大大下降。根据这种影响关系我们对部分芳环位置异构体进行了有效地鉴别Abstract: The competitive reaction of Mclafferty rearrangement and β cleavage is existence when aromatic compounds are ionized by electron.The abundance of fragment ion can be changed with difference of structure of aromatic compounds.When the structure of fragment ion can not be stabilized causing β cleavage,the main reaction will be Mclafferty rearrangement.According to the these we can identify some position isomer of aromatic compounds.
