An Instrument for Locating and Overlapping Pulse Laser Beams in LRIMS

摘要: 本文介绍了一种在激光共振电离质谱 ( LRIMS)实验中 ,用于定位和合成脉冲激光束的实用装置。在此装置中 ,采用同步式电荷耦合器件 ( CCD)相机对强激光散射光斑和弱背景进行不等时曝光来获取离子源内部图像。此方法解决了由于激光散射光斑和背景光强相差太远 ,从而使得采用视频 CCD相机无法同时获取两者图像的问题。同时 ,采用了一种新的四象限探测器对光束进行精确合束Abstract: An instrument for locating and overlapping pulse laser beams in LRIMS is introduced in this paper. In the instrument, a synchronous CCD camera is used to expose different time for lasers and background to capture the image. This method solves the problem of getting the image of lasers and background at one time with video CCD camera because of too much light-strength difference of them. At the same time, a new locating method with four-quadrant detection is studied to accurately overlap the pulse laser beams.
