草果挥发油的气相色谱-质谱指纹图谱

Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Fingerprint Analysis of Essential Oil From Amomum taso-ko Crevost et Lemaire

  • 摘要: 采用自行研制的 PR混合溶剂超声波提取中药材草果中的挥发油 ,气相色谱 -质谱 ( GC/MS)分析其化学成分及相对含量 ,建立草果挥发油的 GC/MS指纹图谱。结果表明 :挥发油中主要含有 1 ,8-桉油精( 1 6.1 9%)、2 -十四烯 -1 -醇醋酸酯 ( 1 4 .3 2 %)、醋酸香叶酯 ( 1 4 .5 2 %)、癸醇醋酸酯 ( 7.96%)、香叶醇 ( 7.1 2 %) ,以及 1 -十二碳烯醇醋酸酯、橙花叔醇、9-十八碳烯酸、松油醇、对伞花烃、棕榈酸、亚油酸等。这些成分相对含量较高 ,各组分间比例基本保持恒定 ,可作为草果的特征成分 ,为鉴别中药草果真实性及评价其质量的指标提供依据

     

    Abstract: The essential oil from Amomum taso ko Crevost et Lemaire was extracted by supersonic with the mixed solvent(PR). The chemical components were identified and their relative intensity were confirmed by GC/MS. The results show the main components are 1,8 cineole (16.19%), 2 tetradecene 1 ol acetate (14.32%), geranyl acetate (14.52%), 1 pecan 1 ol acetate (7.96%), geraniol (7.12%), etc. These high content compounds are the characteristic components of Amomum taso ko Crevost et Lemaire, which can be recommended as the fingerprint of identification and quality estimation of the medicine.
