P_(507)萃淋树脂分离—火花源质谱法定量分析高纯Nd_(2)O_3中痕量稀土元素

  • 摘要: 本采用萃取色谱法,以P507萃淋树脂为固定相,以HCl-NH4Cl体系为淋洗液,研究了高纯Nd2O3(99.999%~99.9999%)中稀土杂质与Nd基体的分离方法。选择螯合剂-活性碳柱富集淋洗液中痕量稀土,采用火花源质谱法分析,测定下限0.01μg/g。
