Characterization of Magnesium Metallic Complexes of Meso-Tetrakis (4-Alkoxyphenyl)Porphyrins by LDI-TOF-MS

  • 摘要: 采用激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法对meso-四(对烷氧苯基)卟啉金属镁配合物进行了表征。讨论了不同长度的烷基链对金属镁配合物激光质谱法结果的影响,并测定了它们的准确分子质量。分析结果表明,激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱是表征系列meso-四(对烷氧苯基)卟啉金属镁配合物的有效方法。

     

    Abstract: A series of different structural magnesium metallic complexes of meso-tetrakis (4-alkoxyphenyl) porphyrins was characterized by laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LDI-TOF-MS). The effect of different length alkane chain on the result of mass spectrometry for the metallic complexes was investigated and the reliable molecular weight was obtained. LDI-TOF-MS is very effective for analysing the novel metallic complexes of meso-tetrakis (4-alkoxyphenyl) porphyrins.
