软电离质谱法分析石油酸组成的研究

Study on the Composition of Petroleum Acids by Soft-Ionization Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 研究了电喷雾电离和大气压化学电离2种软电离质谱技术在石油酸组成分析方面的应用。通过研究电离方式、溶剂、流动相组成及流速对石油酸软电离的影响,优化了质谱操作条件,在此基础上分析了蓬莱和马利姆直馏柴油馏分中石油酸组成。结果表明:采用负离子电喷雾电离方式,溶剂和流动相为甲醇,流速控制在0.3 mL•min-1 以下,石油酸电离效率最高;2种直馏柴油馏分中石油酸组成相近,主要由一环、二环、三环环烷酸构成,也含有一定量脂肪酸和烷基苯酸。研究成果为进一步研究高酸原油中石油酸组成提供了基础依据。

     

    Abstract: The influences of ionization sources, solvents and mobile phases on the ionization of petroleum acids were studied. Negative-ion ESI using methanol as solvent and mobile phase yields the cleanest spectra with good sensitivity among the ionization techniques were evaluated. The composition of petroleum acids of two diesels were analyzed by established method. The results show that the compositions of petroleum acids in two diesels are similar. Besides the abundant amount in naphthenic acids, some aromatic acids and aliphatic acids are also discovered. A scientific and efficient method will be supplied for the further research in petroleum acids.
