伏毛铁棒锤根中总生物碱的串联质谱分析

Tandem Mass Spectrometry Analysis of Total Alkaloids from the Roots of Aconitum flavum

  • 摘要: 采用电喷雾串联质谱(ESI-MSn)和高分辨电喷雾质谱(HR-ESI-MS)对伏毛铁棒锤根中总生物碱进行分析。由一级质谱图获得各生物碱成分的准分子离子峰,通过高分辨质谱测出其相应的分子式,再经串联质谱获得一些分子结构信息,伏毛铁棒锤根中的5个主要生物碱成分为12-表-欧乌头碱、3-脱氧乌头碱、乌头碱、3-脱氧乌头碱-8-亚油酸酯和乌头碱-8-亚油酸酯。

     

    Abstract: Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MSn) and high resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS) were utilized to analyze the total alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum flavum Hand.Mazz. Based on the information of pseudo molecular ions, molecular formulas and fragment ions which were obtained from ESI-MS, HR-ESI-MS and tandem mass spectrometry, five main alkaloids were suggested as 12 epi napelline, 3-deoxyaconitine, aconitine, 3-deoxyaconitine-8-linoleate and aconitine-8-linoleate, respectively.
