Abstract:
Volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation from fresh leaves of Pinus massoniana and Pinus elliottii Engelm grown in Guangxi Liuzhou, and the chemical components of volatile oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). 96 components in the volatile oils from leaf of Pinus massoniana were separated, and 35 of them were identified, which accounted for 93.13%. 133 components in the volatile oils from leaf of Pinus elliottii Engelm were separated, and 38 of them were identified, which accounted for 88.83%. Generally, the components of volatile oils from leaves of the two varieties are similarity. The main compounds are monoterpinenes, sesquiterpenes and some alcohol, esters, but the contents of some compounds are difference greatly. The content of
α-pinene in the volatile oils from Pinus massoniana leaves is 3 times as that from Pinus elliottii Engelm leaves, and the content of
β-pinene from the latter is 1.29 times as that from the former.
