摘要: 综述了基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)的基本原理,基质选择和样品制备方法、分析离子化试剂等因素对实验结果的影响,以及造成质量歧视的原因。并阐述了MALDI技术在确定聚合物相对分子质量分布,聚合物末端基团,共聚物组成和推断反应及降解机理上的应用。Abstract: Basic principles, matrices selection and sample preparation for matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry were summarized for the analysis of polymers. The cationization agents effect and mass discrimination were also analyzed briefly. Besides, the application of MALDI technique on the determination of molecular weight distribution, end group information, copolymer composition and mechanism of polymerization and degradation were reviewed.
