Radio-LC-MS and Its Application in Radiopharmaceuticals

  • 摘要: Radio-LC-MS是由高效液相色谱仪(HPLC),紫外检测器(UV),放射活性在线监测分析仪(radioactivity monitor, RAM)和质谱仪(MS)构成的完整在线检测体系,专门用于放射性药物的分析。根据实验目的,放射性检测器的种类和对放射性防护要求的不同,Radio-LC-MS采用两种不同的连接模式,即串联模式和并联模式。本工作综述了Radio-LC-MS在放射性药物的结构鉴定,代谢物分析和质量控制等方面的应用进展。

     

    Abstract: Radio-LC-MS is an on-line analytical system, which is composed of liquid chromatography (LC), ultraviolet absorbance detection (UV), radioactivity monitor (RAM) and mass spectrometry (MS).The RAM is sequentially connected between the UV and MS using a heterogeneous (solid) flow cell. If a homogeneous (liquid) flow cell is used, the flow is split to both the RAM and MS. Radio-LC-MS is a valuable tool for studying of radiopharmaceuticals. This review covers the application of Radio-LC-MS in radiopharmaceuticals, including structure identification, metabolites analysis, quality control and so on.
