Analysis of Isoflavonoids from Iris tectorum by ESI-MS/MS

Abstract: The isoflavonoids from Iris tectorum were analyzed by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(ESI-MS/MS). Based on the information of pseudo molecular ions and daughter ions were obtained by using tandem mass spectrometry, 6 compounds including tectorigenin, iristectorigenin A, tectorigenin, tectoridin, 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoyl iristectorin A and iridin were identified from the extraction of the herbs.
