Distribution of 4 Organochlorine Pesticides in Tea by GC/MS

Abstract: The determination method of 4 organochlorine pesticides in tea by GC/MS was established. The extraction effectiveness of analytes with different extraction methods(shaking extraction and ultrasonic extraction) and different shaking time(40, 60 and 80 min) was compared. The results showed that shaking extraction 40 min was superior to other shaking time and ultrasonic extraction. This method is suitable to determine pyrethroid pesticides in tea.
