莱菔子中脂肪酸及主成分γ-亚麻酸的分析

Determination of Fatty Acids and Octadecatrienoic Acid in Radish Seed

  • 摘要: 建立了莱菔子脂肪酸的组成和主成分γ-亚麻酸分析的方法。采用索氏提取法对莱菔子中脂肪油进行提取,并甲酯化处理, 利用气相色谱质谱法对其脂肪酸组成进行鉴定。从莱菔子中分离鉴定出9种脂肪酸,主要组成是不饱和脂肪酸,其中主要成分为γ-亚麻酸、亚油酸和芥酸等。并用高效液相色谱法对主成分γ-亚麻酸进行定量分析。

     

    Abstract: The components of the fatty acid and the contents of octadecatrienoic acid in radish seed were analyzed. The radish seed oil was extracted by soxhlet extraction. The obtained fatty oil was esterified by sodium hydroxide-methanol. The fatty acid was separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS). Nine fatty acids are identified in the radish seed, the main components are unsaturated fatty acids. The unsaturated fatty acids are octadecatrienoic acid, octadecadienoic acid and 13-docosenoic acid, respectively. The content of octadecatrienoic acid, in radish seed was determinated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).
