Study of On-line Monitoring of Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Other Toxic Components in Air by Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer

Abstract: Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, heptane, oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide in air were simultaneously quantative analyzed with a home-made quadrupole mass spectrometer using capillary sample inlet system. The cross interferences of toluene and ethylbenzene was eliminated with calibration factor matrix.
